I've seen the mummy and the frozen guy but none has actually converted this guy to a normal skin so here you go.
Note:the texture is taken from the mod--> Rotten_creatures
since there is no version for 1.12.2 i decided to convert the models of the mod to a normal skin so i can use it as an npc with the custom npcs mod.
It's not 100% accurate.
