is a clone of Kid Kinetic so he knows most of his moves.

extra info:

he is a clone mady by project cadmus, but the generating process was interupted by Kid Kinetic who attempted to destroy the clone generator. this corrupted Burst's dna code which resulted in the inversion of his colors.
(TL;DR : he is basically Kid Kinesis's Albedo (for those that remember the ben 10 series))
he embodies all Kid Kinesis's negative personality traits. (selfish, impulsive, careless)
