In the near future, in a world where the internet and every network is a virtual world,
an expert level hacker known only Blue-Man is a cyber diver, or one who explores all
the know virtual systems and networks to see all that he can find.
While many of his type are criminals, only there to maliciously hack and steal information,
Blue-Man is a force for good, a sort of virtual vigilante who will battle the villains of the net.
While his known activities as a hacker still make him a target for law enforcement, his actions
as a protector of the net makes him a folk hero amongst the people of the cyber world.
Always a step ahead of the police, he surfs the virtual world on his own terms, for his own goals.
He seeks that which cannot be found in the real world.

However, the rules do read that transparencies are allowed on the second layer, nowhere in the rules does it deny the use of transparencies, and the transparency itself uses a correct hex value.
The hex values described in the rules only refer to the RGB values of a color, not the opacity, or alpha channel, of said colors.
