Cyberpunk Joe was a normal guy, but he started to become obsessed with gambling, he started borrowing money from criminals, untill he owed a LOT of money to a criminal, but he didn't have alot of cash, so the criminals chopped off his hands and severely damaged his face, a doctor who pitied him, have him robotic hands and a mechanical mouth directly wired to his braim.
