History: Reached heights in the field of bioengineering and abnormal genetics. Was hired by the Foundation when they captured his younger brother, SCP-590. Worked with SCP-963. Died. Returned. Has provided invaluable assistance in dealing with some SCPs and has helped clarify many issues regarding other objects.
Additional Notes: Dr. Bright is prohibited from physical contact with any living sentient SCP objects not classified as "Safe".
Dr. Bright is not allowed to enter Site 17. After proving his loyalty to the Foundation, Dr. Bright may again be in Site 17.
Dr. Bright has shown a high resistance to physical and emotional manipulation. Whether this is a natural property or a function of SCP-963 remains unknown. It's impossible to test this.
