WOW i think if you added the spartan loop on the head with a skin dieter that allow 3d heads BUT what skin maker do you use bro?

I use minershoes.com to create the basics of the character and photoshop cs5 to get the correct colors and add shadows and other 3d effects ;)

dunno. There is this one quest where u go down on this dwarven cave ore something. i think you can find that armor there.
