Blofeld seeks to conquer the world, and has a hobby of petting cats. Dr Evil is the biggest parody of Blofeld, and he also gave inspiration to Dr Claw from Inspector Gaget, because he also has a white cat, and face is never seen (But in the first live action movie.).
I hope you like this skin, the last version sucked. This skin is based on Donald Pleasance's portrayal, I am also going to make him in the novels (which I think are better then the movies) and his other portrayals.
