Hey I like the skin but yeah it's little tooo blue I was trying to remember what blue creature asked for the binding band but then I saw the long yellow hair and realized that it was that girl bunny with the long flowing hair!! But it looks good!!! I like it blue suits her!!
I'm sorry don't cry!! I was just saying if anything who needs palettes when you can use your imagination and use just the white on the color wheel and go down that's what I do I hardly ever use palettes except for two of my skins!!
My recommendation: If you want an area to look white, the primary color you use should be white, or a color very close to it. Your shading color (blue in your case) should take up only a small portion of the pixels, rather than the majority. It would also help to shade with a less saturated color (closer to gray). Here is an example of what I mean: https://imgur.com/dcK0HKn Since you're doing a character with fur, it might help to shade with a slightly brownish gray.

I agree with the general opinion, a little too blue, maybe a bit of a yellowish tint to her?
