Lantoyst made an awesome palette so I thought I'd participate in his challenge.

The first thing I thought of making when I saw the palette was Tobuscus but then I figured I should make something I've never made before.

So I made Gollum. Whhheeeewww.

Well, I tried to make it look like he was shouting (Gollum does that a lot), so I made the mouth rather large and kind lopsided.
