The Arbiter is one of the playable characters of Halo 2 and in Halo 3 alongside Master Chief.

Colors are not the same since I tried the golden color, but it kept losing its luster.

Made it silver instead, according to popular belief.

I'm really sorry to tell you that I don't take requests anymore as I actually stopped skinning a month back or so. I still check back every now and then for comments and updates, but that's about it.

Quick thing, I noticed how no one has made Agent Locke from Halo 5: Guardians yet, I think it would be a good opportunity to make one. Not a request, just a suggestion.

Agent Locke is a completely new character for Halo 5: Guardians and Halo Nightfall. He is not Spartan-101. And HE is not a girl.

I'd take a rough guess based upon what the rest of his armor looks like. Also, when you see Locke walk to the window, if you look at the way right on the last second before the camera view switches, you can see the Arbiter (I think that's who it is.).

They say that Locke went to find the Arbiter to learn more about Master Chief, so it just might be him.
