The actual coloring is nice, but that's not where the issue is. The thing it needs most, and what is keeping it from getting popular is lack of shading. Not to be stuck up or better-than-thou, but look at my skins. Look at other of the more popular skinner's skins, like Lilfella, Sneeze7, Leostereo, among many others. You can look at the popular reel and find good skinners from there. Find a technique you like, and try to emulate it in your own skins. Usually, shading is used under the arms, on the corners of every segment, under the head, and basically wherever shadows fall OR where it looks farther away. Use highlights wherever is supposed to be "closer" to the player.
Two more things:
-Don't use noise, it doesn't look good, really.
-(small thing) Don't use pure white over a very big area, like the face. Use a very slightly darker shade of light gray, and then add shading around it to make it look round.
Hope you can use some of this info to your better, good luck! You have potential!
