A lot of parts look subpar (I especially don't like the hair cuz I'm too dumb to figure it out) but for the peace of my mind I gotta post something cuz he's been a WIP FOR LIKE 2 MONTHS WITH LIKE MY OTHER 5 SKINS LMAO

Anyways, he's the platoon commander of the chemical warfare division. idk how this works i just thought it was cool ehheAHEJHKA, also it's 3am so uhm I'm kinda going insane ahah i promise I'm not like this usually
