So ya, I just downloaded paint.net, and I decided to make this monstrosity as my first skin there! xD

It was supposed to be a ditto....

Paint.net is great, only downside is you don't know where to paint if you didn't memorize the body parts and the hat. XD

I've decided I won't use it for skinning. I may use it as a replacement for Photoshop (or I may just still use Pixlr) but not for skins.
