I made this skin today! I was just thinking about my little pony randomly and then it hit me, "What would happen if Princess Celestia was human and modern/trendy?" I thought, so on I went to work on this skin! 2 1/2 hours later, its finished!
If you're wondering how I make my skins then heres my answer: First, I find a hair base on minecraftskins.com aka The Skindex (because I cant make good hair). Then, I begin editing and making the entire skin. Next, I publish it on The Skindex. After that, I download the skin file onto my laptop/computer. Once I download it, I go onto this website and click skins. When I click skins, I would click on the top right 'Share your skin', and I begin writing this thing. Finally, I post this and boom! Skin made and published!
