Javid Targin is the High Jarl of Winterbane, he is the most powerful man underneath the King of the South, ruling his own fortress named: Winter's Guard. He is an expert swordsman, wearing a chain-mail tunic, a black and blue tabard covering it, rimmed with gold trim. He wears steel, gold trimmed gauntlets and plate-boots. Around his shoulders hangs a fur cloak, a design of the White Stag head on the back of it.
