Hey guys! Oen here with another Mother skin. Though he is timid, Jeff is intelligent, just as his father Dr. Andonuts. His first appearence in the game is when Ness and Paula are captured by zombies, and call on Jeff to save them. He used the Sky Runner, one of his father's inventions, to fly to Threed and bust into the dungeon where Ness and Paula are being held.
