If you took away the smile it would be better, diamond 4 you, and if you can... Update it and take away the smile and it would be a little bit better, you don't have too.

No website, this can happen with skins in minecraft 1.8 when it comes out. They have seperate textures. And about the mouth, I tried it, but personally I like it this way better, makes her look more crazy. :P

I used Gimp... a free program similar to photoshop. You aren't allowed to posted skin made from most websites.

About posting skins from other websites, primarily "Novaskin", they won't alow it if you used the "add layer", to add somthing you didn't make, even if you made "most" of the skin. But hell, I'm not trying to start a flame war.
