It is John Adams, AKA, Mr. Adams, from High Voltage Software's Conduit 2. I had some trouble on the facial features, as he has a chrome-dome in the game, it just looks weird in Minecraft. Also, my skin is not as pale as the model in the game, that too looks weird in Minecraft. Here is the image I used as a template:
