Kometani Chūshaku from Komi Can't Communicate

His face is more average than Tadano Hitohito and usually is shown with no nose or mouth (Tadano Hitohito basically means "just an average guy"). Kometani Chūshaku is the second narrator of the anime series and barely shows up in the anime. I have not read any of the manga for Komi Can't Communicate. Also, he's 4'11". For some reason, he's friends with a narcissist named Naruse Shisuto (if you read it correctly it sounds like "narcissist"). The name "Kometani Chūshaku" basically means "commentary comment."
