Yes, this is the skin Kurtjmac used in FLoB #186. I made this last summer shortly after Neil Armstrong's passing. It was made as a memorial of sorts. I later added OmniZodd's 10th Doctor head, and sent it to Kurtjmac, who used it in his Halloween Special.

So, in short, everything except for the inside head layer is my work. The head is OmniZodd's, and was used with permission on the terms that he was given proper credit, and a link to the original skin was provided (both terms have been met).
