no worries!! to add gifs to a custom post, click the button that looks like a little picture (it's towards the right of the link button) and it lets you add any type of media. you can link a gif there and also resize them! i used giphy to look for & upload gifs that i wanted ^_^ dw about asking questions, i'm happy to help :))
