Ok first this is my contest skin, Dave is a guy who got a job at Block Around The World Carnival. He was hired to go through the crowds and give them a nice fright. But he got way into his work and took it a step farther, he put on a mask and started to take little childeren. He soon was fired but sneaks into each event.
