Okay, the design of your Minecraft selfie is nearly good.
Most human skins have eyes can be small as 2x1 pixels, and mostly at 2x2. If they try to emulate or even make fun of anime skins, they go far as 3x2 for eye sizes.
Another glaring trouble for your skin is, you forgot to shade her shoes, her top-legs, and torso-bottom.
Advice: Make her stand out as much as possible, by giving her better shading, add some more design to her clothes and if you really can, you can always use one group of color for her hair.
