After the Industrial APA (All Purpose Android) revolution, further breakthroughs in cybernetics had undergone, and ultimately led to private organizations to develop their own versions of the APA and Specialized Robots.

However, the Government wasn't looking into producing more successful androids, rather working on weaponizing them. After discovering that Androids worked best on a larger collective combat force and did poorly one to one because of their weight and spastic movements, the government research facilities turned to cybernetic organism development.

After many failures and interesting results, the MS Cyborg was created. Utilizing the brains from dead close combat specialists, the scientists managed to produce a fluid organism that was light weight, and more human like in nature than an android could ever possibly be.

Up until now, the MS Cyborg program had been under the public's eye, but after secretive research that AAHC (Association for Android Human Co-existence) preformed, the knowledge of such horrendous and morally questionable acts the government had done created an uproar in the city.
