Full credit for the cow skin in the image (slightly edited for comedic affect ) goes to user "andrejolicoeur" and his amazing texturepack Jolicraft!  If you're a fan of traditional, non-HD texture packs, i highly recommend you check it out. It has been my default texture pack for quite some time :D
