"Millie, please stay here until I get back, okay? It won't be long and you'll be safe here."

Her father's last words ringed through her mind. It's been two days since her father disappeared. Two days since the zombie outbreak began and Millie wouldn't give in to the fact that her father was dead. Sighing, she came out of her hiding spot, hungry and looking for food.

All the peaceful mobs disappeared into hiding. Not even the sheep she named "Pinkie" was there. She looked into the sunset, knowing that nightfall would strike and the zombies will come to hunt. Lost in thought, a creeper sneaked up from behind her and damaged her as well as her parent's house, her last memory of her family.

Outraged and unarmed, Millie sprinted to a skeleton and fought it. She ran in circles, dodging all but one arrow. She sidestepped the arrow that was aimed for her eye and hit her temple. Striking a fatal blow, the skeleton dropped its bow and three arrows.

She wielded the bow and ran up a hill. Looking at the valley and deserts, Millie was horrified at she saw. Mostly zombies, but some skeletons and creepers were scattered across the plains. The wind flowed through her hair as she closes her eyes, vowing that she would someday end this apocalypse.

Dawn came and Millie, traveling through the dense, roofed forest spotted a chicken, running amok. Knowing that this could be her last source of food, she drew back her bow and loosened an arrow. Millie hit the chicken right between the eyes and continued to pick up her loot; a feather and some raw chicken.

Millie traveled for what seemed to be miles of blocks. Tired, and exhausted, she saw some light in the distance. An npc village! She immediently filled with hope, hope that others survived, and swiftly sprinted to the village.

She checked the houses, but they were all deserted. Tears filled her eyes as she lost hope. Nightfall would soon strike and she came to her senses, opening a door to a empty house. Millie slumped and sat down, her back against the door. She checked a chest next to the entrance and took some spoiled bread.

She was weary and fatigued, but didn't feel like sleeping. Hours pasted by and her mind drifted off to memories of her parents. The girl smiled, then finally closed her eyes.

Loud, heavy footstomps immediently awoke Millie and her equipped her bow. She opened the door and went outside; sunlight blinding her eyes for a few seconds. A large shadow casted over Millie.

She turned her head and saw an iron golem. It looked at her, impassively and gave her a lilac. Not knowing whether to escape or take the flower, she stared at the golem, terrified. She eventually walked away slowly, facing the iron golem, then turned around and sprinted towards the jungle, but the golem stalked her.

Soon, the sky filled with clouds and began to rain. Then shortly after, she heard the thunder and lightning shot down from the sky, striking a creeper. The creeper absorbed the essence of the bolt; A blue aura drifted around the creeper, turning it into some sort of super-creeper.

Spotting Millie, it walked closer to her, and she tried to draw out her bow, but it was too late. She closed her eyes in fear and waited for Death to come for her. But nothing happened. She opened her eyes and the creeper lay dead, on the ground. Millie gazed at the golem, and it offered her the creeper's gunpowder.

Millie paused for a spilt second then took the gunpowder.
Maybe I don't have to end this apocalypse alone, she thought. Millie looked at the golem again, but this time with warth in her eyes. The golem smiled and the two walked along the path to the village.

So I was looking at all my skins and decided to rewrite the story.. because the one I wrote all those years ago was REALLY bad.. Anyways, please, please, please tell me if you liked the *coughcough* REVISED story. It would mean so much to me. <3
