i have to say...colorful! oh and by the way,i can see you used the normal steve skin as a template..or is it? i recognise that shirt over the leg on the torso and the Z on the shoe....so not bad as your first skin. to improve it,you need to shade it to make it look HD or well,nice! im subscribing to you so i can help you!

The easiest way to make a skin is to start with the entire torso. Then move to the legs and arms. Finally do the head to match. Making it easier because then you wont have to change the entire costume if you dont like the matchup. Only the head. And there is a lighten and darken feature on skindex. Using it helps add shading to your character. Take a look at the shading on the chest arms and legs and you will see it looks better than one solid color.
