From the beginning of time there has always been man. And as long as man can think, man can dream.
The moon is there to protect these dreams. She holds them tight, and treasures them for eternity. But sometimes, there are dreams the moon chooses not to protect.
These dreams are so pure and beautiful, that the moon decides to fulfill them.
This weakens the moon however, turning her shimmery white skin into a cloudy blue. The moon cannot fulfill many dreams, or she will eventually lose her power, and all the dreams under her protection will fall into darkness.
So when you see a shining blue moon in the sky, it means that out there, somewhere, someone's dream has finally come true.
