Meet Pengegg: He's a hero from the D.C. universe, he's a bit of a wimp, let's be honest. He doesn't have any special talents when it comes to combat so instead he uses his knowlege to design devices to sheild himself and his friends. He doesn't know why but he can't remember much of hist past... perhaps it's some sort of amnesia?
