Technique - 8/10. Even though it's basic, you still did a good job representing what Meganium looks like. Plus, it's not easy to make a Pokemon that has to run on all fours into a skin, so I applaud you for that.
Quality - 5/10. It's simple and doesn't have much shading, but I can see most of your skins are like that, so I'll give you a pass.
