Hi everyone,

This is my second skin that I have made, as you can see by the title it is a Chinese Military Official. He is wearing the newset uniform made currently Type 07. His shoulder ranking is Major, and he is from the Ground Forces branch. I'm afraid I was not able to re create the PLA Military hat, it was too complicated. So yea, that's about it.

This skin has 3 layers and has 4 pixel arm, please do not get mixed up! If you're going to use this skin for any presentation or add to any pack please let me know first.
