Entities from the Void/Otherside that invade the Overworld within various caves and would invade the minds of miners via inflicting them with an incurable Status Effect of the same name and stalk players. Premontions are as strong as the player and can respawn upon death. The status effect manifests as distorting of player controls, lowered vision, various clips of disasters (i.e. villages being destroyed), and lack of natural regeneration. The only true way to get rid of Premontions is to delete the Minecraft World a player first got into contact with one before creating a new world or opening another, or downloading the "Premontion Begone" Mod.
