This form was seen when Eva-01 battles Rebuild Zeruel to free Rei Ayanami. Unit-01 Killed Zeruel with a power eye beam then proceeded to save Rei and initiating near Third Impact. this was halted when a Spear was thrown into unit-01 stopping Third impact. Seen in Rebuild of Evangelion.
