okay i know i said i wouldn’t be making a new teen skin for a while but hear me out, romto’s hunger games contest was calling my name and i couldn’t not enter

cassius came from a wealthy family. in district one, many teens train their entire life to go to the hunger games, in hopes of bringing honor and glory to themselves and families. cassius’ family was very adamant about him training and someday volunteering. cassius, however, never wanted to. during training at the academy, he met a girl. he fell so deeply in love with this girl that he swore to himself he would never leave her, as long as they were alive. she however, didn’t share the same feelings, and volunteered for the next hunger games. panicked, he decided he would volunteer so he could protect her, but when her eyes connected with his, she shook her head no. he hesitated too long, and someone else took advantage and volunteered for the male tribute.
she died while there was five tributes left in the game, due to a betrayal from her only ally left.
guilt ridden and enraged, cassius trained harder than ever for the next games to avenge her death. he volunteered for the next hunger games, ready to fight, all in her name.
