Sorry that this comment took a while for me to get out there. I took a couple of personal judging breaks due to the overwhelming amount of entries, but now, I'm finally here to see what the buzz is about your Riolu! Here are your results:

Technique - 9.6/10. This definitely looks like a Riolu! Details like the little yellow band around it's neck makes me appreciate it a little bit more. It kind of reminds me of Riolu from the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon series the more I think about it.
Quality - 7.6/10. Pretty decent quality of shading here. Nothing much else to say.
