This is Sackboy.
I found the base skin I used for this on the Minecraft skin site called the Skindex. It was extremely basic, the zipper was huge and inaccurate in size, and the whole thing lacked depth.
So I went and fixed that. I fixed some annoying dots that were randomly placed throughout it, I added a 3D mouth and 3D round head "effect".
