It's been a hot minute since I made a skin on here, but I've been feeling it so despite not having an epiphany for the theme, I decided to give this contest a try.
Since I didn't have a clear idea going into this, with a bit of trial and error it just somehow turned into what it is. A seasoned sailor of the seven garbage piles. He had some rough rides over the years and he lost a tube and a bottle, but luckily there's been pipes around to replace his plastic limbs!
