Shadow Company is a Tier One private military company (PMC) featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II. The PMC appears as an Allegiance sub-faction in the multiplayer of Modern Warfare and in Call of Duty: Warzone. In Modern Warfare II, Shadow Company appears as a supporting-turned-antagonistic faction in the campaign.
