but he fits the topic so perfectly, and all the other skins i could make would suck unlimited balls in comparison, everyone is doing the same exact thing because theres so few choices now, like we cant make the contra guys or rampage guys or fallout guys or anything. so everyones making giant verman, or people with masks, or cut up people, or robots, or mutants, or zombies, and those are basically the only choices people have to make a skin of, and all those things suck, i dont want to use a skin of something i have no idea of what it is supposed to be. Honestly these contests kind of blow without known characters in them. Without them, viewing the skins is sooo boring, being a judge would suck for a contest like this and i cant tell if its a good skin if i dont have something to compare it to, along with that reading all the little storys would suck, theres so many and theyre all so serious and boring

who is incharge of the contest rules, because if the rest of the contests are like this, im going to start putting sharty skins :/
