Siren- in Greek mythology, a creature half bird and half woman who lured sailors to destruction by the sweetness of her song. According to Homer there were two Sirens on an island in the western sea between Aeaea and the rocks of Scylla.

Aoede- Variant of Greek Aoide, meaning "to sing."

      Thousands of years ago, there lived a man called Benjamin. He lived in the thriving country of Italy. One day, Benjaman found a crew and set sail across the ocean. Many months into his journey, him and his now small crew due to sickness, heard a faint, angelic voice. The entire boat was drawn away from their jobs and gathered together on the main deck, facing east. A small and luminescent island appeared in the distance. Suddenly, an electric bolt went straight from the island towards the old ship. The men were in trance listening as the heavenly music gradually became louder.  A ball of light was floating in the water at the edge of the boat. One by one, the crew started to move towards it. Then, the ball slowly transformed into a majestic, flowing dress. Body parts began to appear, it was as if each particle of light started to become a piece of a human. All of the men were tearing up, wanting to see where the source of this beautiful voice came from. A radiant, blue body burst from under the surface of the water. The men began to fight to move towards the alluring woman. Slowly, she moved her hand closer to her chest, motioning them to move foward and whispered, "I am Aoede, Princess of the Sirens." The entire crew walked like zombies towards the girl. She smirked, knowing what was going to happen. Eventually, all of the men ended up in the water, leaving their ship behind and never to be seen again.
