I have come across this problem and it really upsets me. No I am not back, I am now unsure if I will be grounded but I don't guarantee I suspect it.
Yesterday I came across a person stealing my content and uploading it.
DO NOT STEAL MY SKINS.
I do not care who you are I will report you. I do not mind if you wear my skins or edit them and keep them to yourself.
If you want to use them for something ask.
I only post skins here on PMC. If you see someone posting MY skins please report it or contact me on the spot.
I felt like I should address this because it truly and honestly upsets me and it isn't right for others to take credit for something someone else created.

I'm sort of glad that my skins aren't as well-known as others', due to the fact that less people see them and therefore they get stolen less.
However, this can also be an issue. People seem to think that because less people see them, it's okay to steal them because they believe no one will notice.
