I assume this is unoriginal, look at the hair. Now look at the clothes.

hm i see your point, but check my other skins, and you'll see i'm not into shading the hair nor the face of most of them.

I try, but i'm never satisfied with the results, so i turn it back to the basic colours.

Try to shade at least the places under the hair and clothes, and do noising to unshaded places.
