This is the lead protagonist in the anime "The Pet Girl of Sakurasau".

Sorata Kanda is a regular kid attending an art school, excpet after rescueing a stray cat and keeping it in his dorm, he was forced to move into sakurasau. Sakurasau is a dorm for the "problem children". Sorata vows to escape the building, he even has a banner in his room saying so. However, eventually he begins to love sakurasau and the people living in it. 

This skin features 5 value shading. It is mainly one layer, other than a bit of the frontal hair. It is compatible with all minecraft versions.
