The Soul Thief is a creature that waits in dark spaces and when seen steals the soul of the person that was looking at him. He is covered in blood and rags, he's ghost-like and floats. No one has ever seen his face and if they do they've died trying, the two white lines are tusks which make him ork-like aswell. Please give feedback :D
