They use to work as an engineer, hence being able to create prosthetic limbs, and have amazing intelligence on how to operate on humans. When provoked the Doctor can use their scalpel to kill their opponents, they can also use the collection of chemicals they have. But don't worry, relax, there Doctors. What can possibly go wrong.
