I like it but I agree with the others. You might need to add more to it to make it stand out more as a swamp monster. Other than that, cool skin! :)

I like where you were going with it, I mean, the concept sounds cool. But it needs more features. Now when I imagine a swamp monster, I imagine something covered with moss, mud, maybe even some vines. Perhaps you can make that stand out (the moss anyways). The middle parts of the skin look a little bit flat, and need some shading and some touch-ups to stand out. Keep practicing though! You'll get even better with time!

Nice shading, but you should shade also on the middle of body, not only the corners :D
