I present to you Taihou (大鳳) from Kantai Collection (艦隊これくしょん).
No one had done a skin of her on this site yet, so I decided to start from scratch and create my own.

This is my first published skin so it may not look too appealing, but I think it turned out alright.
I just like using solid colors because I'm too lazy to change the shade on certain things.
(Note: Some details were left out because they'd look weird on a minecraft character since minecraft pixels are too big)
