He has many names... Alcohol Storm, Drunkyard, Last Habitue... Bohemian...but once upon a time he was Uroboros, son of the time lord Corsair and godson of the Doctor. He now travels in his own Tardis, loitering all over space-time and occasionally (willy-nilly) getting into some sort of adventure.
