Once upon a time, in a small town far away, there lived a girl nammed Enna.  Enna was an average girl in most aspects.  She had plain dirty blonde hair, blue eyes, was average size, and wasn't especially popular or dorky, rich or poor, smart or dumb.  She was just a normal kid.

Most of the time.

The spirits sensed something special about this girl.  She had a great destiny, but the spirits could not see exactly what it was.  So it was all they could do to communicate Enna's prowess to her.  Every night, after she fell asleep, a change would come over Enna.  Her hair shimmered iridescent colors.  Her eyes glowed.  Her skin became smooth and fair.

And Enna dreamed.

The spirits tried to prepare her every way they could.  In her dreams, they showed her the city of the spirits.  They showed her life and death, beginning and end, past and future.  Enna took it all very well, and the spirits were proud of fate's choice in the girl with the great destiny.  But things began to change.

When Enna was twelve years old, she came down with a terrible fever.  Horrible coughs shook her every day, and she was very sick.  Though her parents called the doctor, and the doctor tried all sorts of medicines on her, she continued to get worse.  Not even the spirits she loved could help her.  Fate, it seemed, had changed its mind about the girl.

Enna wasn't expected to live much longer.  The day before she was expected to pass away, the doctor let her outside in the garden to enjoy her last day.  Though she was weak and pale, Enna still cherished the outside world.  That afternoon, she began to feel faint, so she leaned on an old elm tree in the garden, sure that it was the end for her.

And Enna dreamed.

It all made sense, the spirits told her.  Her destiny wasn't something great on earth.  She was to be a new kind of spirit.  As Enna slept, her old body began to fade away.  Once again, her hair began to shimmer, her skin grew fair, and her eyes glowed with the power of the heavens.  Enna was no longer Enna.  She was the Dreamer, the spirit of a new feeling, a new emotion that would bring happiness and life to earth.

Hope.

Enna is the Dreamer, the spirit of hope.  It's her job to bring peace and reassurance that everything will be okay to the people of earth.  This relates to emotions because the skin represents the emotion of hope, and following your dreams.  Hope is a very important emotion, and I hope [see, HOPE, haha] I portrayed this well in this skin.
