=SPOILERS= Still dead from the last game, the Joker returns as a Scarecrow induced delusion to Harley Quinn. His appearance on the Injustice 2 rosta was a pleasant surprise, considering his fate in the previous game. This version seems to have taken some inspiration from Jared Leto's Joker in Suicide Squad (good thing?).
